This is the latest Kernel for your DSTT and is updated on 17 Dec 2007.

DSTT V1.07 English Kernel (17-Dec-2007)

After english.zip is downloaded, please unzip it into a temporary directory and copy TTMenu folder and TTMenu.dat to the root of your microSD/TF card through the USB card reader.
You may place all your games in a Games folder on the root of your memory card. Games must have a .nds extension.

His cough is quite bad also but better as the consultant has been given him a new medication. This medication is a Cravit tablet which contains 500mg of Levofloxacin. Only patients with normal renal function can take dosage up to 500mg. It cost S$46.70 for 10 tablets.

My father has decided to opt not to remove fluids regardless the result of the CT scan till after Chinese New Year as the process will made him more tired. I would have to discuss this with the consultant next week after the release of his CT Scan result. He has been eating his normal portion at meals and we bought his favourite braised pork with pau yesterday.

Kindergarden education helps your child prepare for primary school. If you want to place your child in a kindergarden, but cannot afford the fees, you may apply for help under KiFAS. KiFAS is available at eligible non-profit kindergardens. KiFAS subsidises 90%of the monthly fees, up to S$82 per month, whichever is lower. There is also a start-up grant for needy families earning S$1000 or less. A start-up grant of S$200 per child may be provided to help them to pay for their child's registration fee, uniforms and insurance etc at the beginning of the year. Ipod Nano and Classic supports H.264 video, MP4 video and .mov video with a maxmium screen resolution of 640 X 480 pixels. Your ipod will not play videos on other format and you will not be able to add them to your iTunes Library also. I have attached a video which I have converted from YouTube to iPod and I used it on my iPod Nano.

My First Ipod Nano

I have bought my first Ipod Nano 8GB for S$280 on the internet. It is really a cool and sleek device. The first time it will take about 3 hours of charging by using the USB cable. The iTunes will detect the player and prompt you to register your Ipod Nano through the iTunes software. In the iTunes software on the left hand side, you will see the Devices and your iPod name under it. Clicking on it you will be able to view the summary of your iPod. You can synchronize all your Music, Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts, Photos, Contact, Games from here. In the Summary page, you will see the iPod name, the capacity of the storage, software version of the iPod and the serial number. You can verify that the serial number display on the iTunes is similar to the one display on the box. If it is different, please return to the reatiler as the package may have been tamper with.

Playing MP4 and AVC

The PSP player support playing video files in the format of MP4 and AVC videos. The videos will have an extension of .mp4 after you convert the videos. Most conversion software for PSP video will also rename the video file for usage on the PSP. MP4 video will have the extension of M4VXXXXX.mp4 and AVC video is MAQXXXXX.mp4 for usage on your PSP.
You must follow the standard of PSP and cannot put the file anywhere on the memory stick or it will not be recognize by the player. MP_ROOT101ANV01 must put video that are name MAQXXXXX.mp4 (X represent number), example MAQ10001.mp4(video name). MP_ROOT101MNV01 must put video that are name M4VXXXXX.mp4 (X represent number), example M4V00001.mp4(video name). Some common MP4 videos can also be put in the VIDEO folder.

Delete files on Samsung K3

You will not be able to delete the music files on your Samsung K3 player unlike the Apple Ipod and Creative Zen. It has to be done through the Samsung Media Studio. In addition, the text files and photos must also be delete through the Samsung Media Studio. There are no edit functions available on the Samsung K3 player except for browsing and playing purposes. Therefore, Samsung need to improve their firmware to allow us to have some basic edit functions, like delete and moving of files and creating playlist on the player itself.

DSTT Card Files

There are some necessary folders and files you need to put to your DSTT card before you can use it to play download games on your Nintendo DS Lite. The moonshl and TTMenu folder and the TTMENU.dat file must be place in the root drive of your sd micro card or tf card as shown below.
The Games folder shown in the picture below can be created to store all your nds games. You can now start to play your nds games on your DSTT card now. DSOrganize and dictionary are my applications and I have created a folder for each of them.

Closure of Asia Plus(CH49)

Asis Plus (Ch 49) will cease transmission on 29 February 2008. There will be no impact on your monthly subscription except you have one less channel to watch on Starhub Cable TV Chinese Entertainment Basic Group. Starhub has determined that Asia Plus was not popular among its subscribers and has therefore decided to discontinued the carriage of this channel.
Star Chinese Channel (Ch 46) and TVB8 (Ch53) were recently added to Chinese Entertainment Basic Group. TVB8 has very good entertainment and documentary content and surpassed those from Mediacorp.
