Just a heads up to fellow Vivifi users – I’m currently unable to access the Vivifi website as it’s showing a 403 Forbidden error message. After several attempts from different browsers and devices, it seems this isn’t just a local issue on my end.

For those trying to access Vivifi’s services right now, you’ll likely encounter the same error page. A 403 error typically means the server is blocking access to the website, even though the page exists. This is different from a typical 404 “page not found” error.

I’ll update this post once I can confirm the website is back up and running. If anyone has managed to get through or found a workaround, please share in the comments below.
