You may need to hard reset your LG KC910n Renoir if u have any problem with the key. But minimum your touch screen must be working in order to do that.

You can do a factory reset by entering the code
3845#*910#

This may rectify most of your Renoir Problems. But if your touchscreen is faulty, then you need to visit a LG Service Centre.
