The turn over rate in Singapore is consider significant. There are still a significant amount of staffs working 10 or 20 more years for the company if they found it to be the right fit. But then there are more staffs leaving than those loyal ones staying on. The job landscape had change and we can no longer stay in the same industry unless it is government or public healthcare sectors.
Many people leave because of bad bosses and the management culture. You rather have good bosses than a good job with bad bosses. The world is never fair and hence you have to adapt to the work environment. You will never find a perfect job that meet your requirements unless you are the boss.
