Lumix for Panasonic Staff
Lumix GF2 is one of the camera that I will be getting at the IT Show 2011. Although I am a Panasonic Staff but I do not get to enjoy any discount on this Panasonic Lumix Camera. I am treated like any other consumers and will pay the same price like them.
Panasonic should give its staff special discounts to purchase the company products. Philips give all its staff vouchers to purchase their company products at special discount.
Sales staff used to be surprised that Panasonic Staff do not get discount off their company products. Now I do not tell them I am a Panasonic Staff to avoid embarrassment for myself and the company.
I’ve heard in foreign sites saying about discounts through Panasonic’s “Employee Purchase Program” or EPP. The Singapore subsidiary doesn’t have it ?
We do not have any EPP. I certainly look forward to it.
