The lady is an insurance agent and is quite pretty. Just look at her transfomation when she reach her boiling point. I am not sure whether anyone will buy inurance from her and the co-workers who were involve in this case. The discpline and ethics of the insurance agents had been damage in this case over a small incident which was not manage well.
