It looks like everyone in the government are related to one another. The top jobs are given to those that are related and not to those who are capable.

It is just like a scholar holding a post in the government agency. Nobody can be above his/her position no matter how hard they work or capable.

At the end of the day, we just want to ensure that the capable ones get the job and not those who use relationship to get the post. Only this will Singapore progress as a Nation.
